Will and Estate Planning

Your Will is a vitally important document.  It should be reviewed periodically so that it is up-to-date and accurately reflects your wishes.  Our experience in the area will ensure that your Will is properly made and executed and that it meets with your requirements with the minimum adverse tax implications. The transfer of assets and property (including a farm or business) from generation to generation requires careful planning.

If you are entrusted with the administration of the estate of a deceased relative, either as an executor (where there is a Will) or as an administrator (where there is no Will), it can be a traumatic experience at a difficult time in one's life. We will guide you through the process giving you the best advice possible with compassion and expertise. We have the necessary experience and facilities to handle estates effectively involving complex family situations, estates where there are properties both in Ireland and abroad and estates with complex tax and financial issues.

Our office is experienced at litigating will and probate disputes. If you believe you were unfairly denied an inheritance, or that an estate was administered incorrectly, we will advise you on whether you have a valid concern and whether it makes financial sense to pursue a claim.
